Can I start with the Free plan?
Yes. You can create your athlete profile and use the limits included with Free without entering payment information.
When does paid access begin?
Selecting a plan during signup does not activate paid access by itself. Paid access begins only after checkout and the subscription provider confirms the plan.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
CRN pauses that limited action and shows your plan options. It does not silently upgrade your account or charge you automatically.
What does AI Recruiting Advisor mean?
The AI Recruiting Advisor is CRN software that uses your profile and CRN recruiting data to explain opportunities and suggest next actions. It is not a human meeting.
Which plan includes human recruiting support?
Premier includes 1 human advisor request each week. Elite and CRN Hybrid include 3 requests each week. CRN Hybrid also includes a monthly one-on-one strategy session. AI Recruiting Advisor refers to software guidance, not a human call.
Do I need to connect Gmail or Outlook?
No. You can build a profile and explore CRN without connecting email. A connection is required only for features that send from your mailbox or detect coach responses there.
Does CRN guarantee coach responses, offers, or admission?
No. CRN helps you organize and improve your recruiting process, but coaches, colleges, and admissions offices make their own decisions.
