Disconnect Gmail or request data deletion
Disconnect Gmail now
- Sign in to CRN and open Settings.
- Under Connected Email, choose Disconnect.
- CRN disables and removes its locally stored OAuth credentials and stops future mailbox scans.
You can also revoke CRN from your Google Account's third-party connections. Disconnecting CRN does not delete messages from Gmail. Existing recruiting history or drafts already stored in CRN remain until they are deleted under the process below.
Request account or Google-data deletion
Email support@thecollegerosternetwork.com from the address associated with your CRN account. State whether you want your connected-email data, your entire CRN account, or both deleted. CRN may ask you to verify account ownership before acting on the request.
After verification, CRN will delete or de-identify covered account and connected-email data, subject to limited records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Residual copies may remain temporarily in controlled backups until their normal deletion cycle completes.
